Orders taken Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 5 
business days. If your purchase has been made after 5:00 pm on a Friday or weekend, we will process the order on Monday of the following week. 

Once the order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or make any changes on delivery details such as the shipping address, phone number, contact information, etc.
