What items can be returned?
Zuccini Kids has a return policy that can be applied to defective items or if an item has been mistakenly shipped to you.
What are the conditions to return items?
The returned items must be in good conditions with original hang tags, labels and packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been soiled or if the tags are missing.
How to return items?
You must fill in the form below within 15 days since the items have been received. Items on sale are not eligible for return.
What is the refund process?
Once your request has been reviewed, we will send an email confirming if the return has been approved or denied, if the return has been approved, the refund will be applied within 8-10 business days.
